Online Gift-Giving
We are able to provide a host of children's services to approximately 2,000 unduplicated clients every year through the generous cash, grant and in-kind support of donors. You, too, can help us fulfill our mission in a variety of ways.- Online donations: You can quickly, conveniently and securely begin helping children, youth and families by downloading our online form and using your credit card. You may also donate online through PayPal. Forms are private and confidential; please read our privacy statement below. - By check through regular mail: To download cash donation forms go Donate then Regular Mail. Any amount will be much appreciated. To view the easy-to-use pdf document, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
- Planned giving: Consult us about the range of financial tools that enable you to fulfill your charitable goals while realizing investment income. We can arrange a consultation with a planned giving specialist. Sessions are by appointment, and may be arranged with our development Department by calling 610-432-3919.
- In-kind gifts: Whether new or like-new, donations of books, school supplies and other goods will go a long way to help children in our care.
- Special events: Taking part in our annual Fundraising Luncheon, the Parking Lot Fundraiser that coincides with the Great Allentown Fair, and other planned projects will boost our capacity to help hundreds of Lehigh Valley residents.
- Annual appeals: We regularly send out appeals in the mail to support our programs. Please let us know if you wish to be included in our donor mailing list.
- Donor designated funds: Depending on your area of charitable interest, you may select among the following array of donor-designated funds:
- Higher Education Fund for foster children
- Family Life Education
- Facilities Fund
- Education Supplies Fund
- Summer Intervention Program (SIP) Fund
- Creative Expressions Fund
- Psychotherapy Fund
- Higher Education Fund for foster children
In addition, you may contribute to the Florence Applebaum Children's Fund, named after Pinebrook's founder. The fund underwrites the cost of non-publicly funded enrichment opportunities and special items for children in foster care. We have also recently established The Nancy Center Fund in memory of our second Executive Director (1994 to 2006). Gifts made through this fund are considered "general unrestricted" donations, and may be applied to areas that best meet Pinebrook's most urgent needs.
All contributions to Pinebrook Family Services - including in-kind gifts - are tax deductible.

What Personal Information Does Pinebrook Gather?
The only information Pinebrook gathers is information you supply to us. NO personal information, whatsoever, is kept online in any form. We also do not store any credit card information. All information is responsibly and appropriately destroyed immediately after processing to prevent any chance of credit card fraud. At times, we may store your name and mailing address, so we have it for future reference. Any e-mail communication you have with us may also be stored for quality assurance purposes.
Does Pinebrook Share the Information It Receives?
You are vital to the continued success of Pinebrook. We are not in the business of profiting off of those who help us, and therefore, we do not sell or give any of your personal information to others.
