Transportation & Visitation Program
Part-time Flexible Schedule
JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Transportation and Visitation Program Supervisor, transports children placed in foster care and other residential settings to and from family visits and other appointments. May also transport the children’s legal family to and from family visits.
QUALIFICATIONS: Incumbents in this position must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21 years of age, able to lift up to forty pounds, and have an excellent driving record, reliable car and proper liability insurance on his/her vehicle. S/he also must manifest high moral/ethical standards and sensitivity to the needs of children and families, including sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic differences present among the Agency’s defined-service population. - Bilingual Psychotherapist

Job Summary: This position involves providing outpatient counseling to young adults, children and families and meet with assigned clients in either individual or family session in accordance with established practice and accreditation standards and agency expectations.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related discipline; two years experience doing psychotherapy with clinical experience in past trauma, addiction and domestic violence issues preferred; and some understanding of managed-care concepts and willingness to provide treatment and work within that system. The incumbent must also practice sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic differences present among the Agency’s defined-service population. Behavioral Health Services, Allentown and Easton offices
Part-time flexible
JOB SUMMARY: Under supervision of a Master’s level clinician, the incumbent of this position provides psychotherapy to children, young adults and their caregivers referred to the Agency’s outpatient behavioral health service. Part-time flexible therapists are free to determine their own work hours, however, s/he must schedule a minimum of 7 sessions per week.
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires at least a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, and experience doing psychotherapy in an outpatient, partial hospital or residential setting. S/he must also demonstrate some understanding of providing clinical services in a managed-care environment and willingness to provide treatment and work within that system. The incumbent must also practice sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic differences present among the Agency’s defined-service population.
